Printer Spool Not working!!!

Some of us have to face this problem. while try to take print out all our printers were disappeared, and the system wont allow you to install new printer.

Solution 1.
Start > Run > type in "services.msc" (without quotes) and click OK
Services window opens - maximize it to make it easier to see -
Scroll down to Print Spooler service -
Double click on it to open the properties for it -
The Startup Type should be "Automatic"
Then click on Start under Service Status
Once it is started, click OK -
Then close the Services window.
See if your issue is resolved

Solution 2:
Go to windows(in my case it is in C drive)--System 32-Spool--Printers--Delete all files inside the folder and Restart

Cancel a Print Job Without Waiting Years

Posted: 19 Jul 2012 09:23 PM PDT
Ever tried canceling a print job in Windows but feel like it takes ages before anything actually happens?
Windows is unable to cancel print jobs while the temporary file created for the print job is still being used by Windows. The solution: You've got to stop the spoolsv.exe service in the Windows Task Manager, delete any outstanding print jobs in the C:\Windows\system32\spool\printers\ directory, restart the spoolsv.exe service, and then start printing again. That's a lot of work to do manually, particularly if this is a problem you run into regularly,

Here is the script for a batch file; just copy this to a new text document and save as "Clearprint.bat"
@echo off
echo Stopping print spooler.
echo.
net stop spooler
echo deleting stuff... where? I'm not sure. Just deleting stuff.
echo.
del "%systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd"
del "%systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl"
echo Starting print spooler.
echo.
net start spooler

When click the Clearprint.bat file all the print request will be deleted & printer is ready to accept new request

How to Adjust MPCM Sticker Settings(Receipt Printing)

To day In my office The configurations of MPCM Receipt Sticker Configurations are changed while they are printing a receipt. In the new form the receipt is printed in two stickers instead of one. This will cause the wasting of MPCM stickers and these are very difficult to paste in articles. We used various methods to change the configurations Changing the printer test option in MPCM applications,Re installation of printer drivers. But these methods were not worked in this case. We contacted many system administrators but none of them came across this type of problem. This occurs due to the rapid change in the printer settings. In my office we are using TVS MSP 240 classic printers.
